Being Fit and Self-Awareness At our Zenefes Awareness Center, we understand that healing is not just about our bodily body. Our expert team offers additional individual sessions to support and ensure the existence of body, mind and spirit balance.
Our Goal Our goal is to strengthen the loyalty of adults of all ages to self-awareness through the programs we use. We aim to influence how we feel, what we focus on. We use personalized reformer yoga, dialogue therapy and breathing work programs that we have developed to reveal this. Suitable for all adults as it doesn't need to fit any pilates or yoga level!
