Wodfit Pilates & Fitness Studio was established in Antalya Muratpaşa in 2018. We aim to strengthen the movement of healthy people to offer the active support of the latest technologies and expertise in the fields of wellness and sport.
As a personal training studio, we aim to combine the rich history of the Pilates exercise program and the benefits of other innovative fitness programs with authentic and technique-based practices. As corporate solutions, Pilates programs, which are given by experienced professional trainers to all levels, are designed in ways that will bring tangible new approaches to working together such as improving the skills of employees or university students, low back and back pain.
At the same time, we aim to support the majority of our exercise program , interval training programs, as well as Professional Spin® exercise programs, TRX and Fascial Stretch therapies.
You can always count on us because we never cease to be Aware of the standards and techniques used against Dangerous and Risky situations in order to move forward in each of our activities. The Results of any Fitness, Pain, dance or Therapy program cannot be guaranteed by us. It will help you to be aware of which programs can't meet later and how efficient and beneficial they will be.

Burdan bakıp, araştırıp gitmiş birisi olarak yorumların gerçekliğini sorgulamıştım ama yazılan, söylenen her şey doğru! Hayatında ilk kez spor yapan birisi olarak bana sporu, pilatesi sevdirdiği için Betül hocama; ilgileri, alakaları için ise ayrıca Arzu ve Emre hocaya teşekkür ederim. Hâlâ kararsız kalan var ise bir an önce gidip kendileri görmelerini öneririm.

Arzu hoca ve Emre hocayla tanıştım enerjilerini görünce Hemen başlamak istedim ve canım arzu hocamla 1 aydır birlikteyiz ve dahada uzun zaman devam edicez enerjisi anlayışı ses tonu naifliği sayesinde haftada 3 gün koşarak spora gidiyorum çok mutluyum onlarla olmaktan iki kişilik ailelerdi belki ama kocaman bi kitleye yuva oldular teşekkürler hocam iyiki varsınızz
