Seyhan hocamın mindful odaklı ve özşefkatli yoga dersleri sayesinde wes yaşam ile yollarımız kesişti. Sırt, bel, göğüs kafesi ağrılarından dolayı pilatese Raci hoca ile başladım. Yaklaşık bir ayda bütün ağrılarım geçti. 5 aydır yaptığım pilates sonucunda da sırtımdaki kifoz fark edilir derecede azaldı. Hedef odaklı değil de süreç odaklı olan dersler sayesinde derslerde bir hareketin önemini, eklem esnekliğinden dolayı eksik olan bedeni kontrol etmeyi ve daha bir çok şeyi öğrenmeme vesile oldu. Eğer pilatese nereden başlayacağınızı bilmiyorsanız ve omurganız ile ilgili sorunlarınız varsa Raci bey ile çalışmanızı tavsiye ederim. Eş zamanlı olarak da Esra hanımla da diyet programına başladım. Aç kalmadan sağlıklı ve sevdiğim yiyecekleri tüketerek istediğim kiloya geldim. Beslenmeye bakış açım oldukça değişti. Zayıflamak veya kilo almak isteyenlerin dışında doğru beslenmeyi öğrenmek için de Esra hanımla çalışmanızı öneririm. Eğer wes yaşama yolunuz düşerse herkesin güler yüzlü ve nazik olduğunu fark edeceksinizdir.

Wes’te Gamze hocayla çalışmak çok keyifliydi. Farkındalığı yüksek ve vücudumuza iyi gelecek her hareketi detaylı bir şekilde planlayarak 5 ay boyunca çok verimli bir ilerleme kaydettik. İletişimi güçlü, işinde donanımlı insanlarla sporu hayata dahil etmek daha da iyi oluyor. İş yoğunluğum azaldığında tekrar çalışmak için can atıyorum :)
