Kendisi çok güleryüzlü ve danışanına özel ilgili. Kesinlikle ezbere liste düzenlemiyor, iş ve uyku düzenime göre mükemmel ve esnek bir plan hazırladı. Gece tost yiyebiliyor olmama rağmen iki haftada 7,5 kilo verdim herkese tavsiye ederim.
