Trakya Art Academy Oğuzhan Abi Organization
Established in Tekirdağ in 1990, Trakya Art Academy Oğuzhan Abi Organization serves as a Fitness Club. We have set our organization's top priority as hosting the arts and sports development of the Thrace region. The concepts and training programs created for all these purposes offer inputs that will provide people with the opportunity to move comfortably at the maximum level and also support them to stay in shape.

Purpose of the Organization
Trakya Art Academy Oğuzhan Abi Organization covers many topics such as developing healthy living and good eating habits, creating exercise awareness, which exercises are suitable for the purpose of the person and how long to do, and how to use the tools and techniques used correctly. In addition, he specifically teaches food preferences that form the basis of a healthy lifestyle, characteristics of consumed foods, measuring one's body values, motivation and self-discipline development techniques that will increase the quality of life.

Our programs
