Düzenli bir spor hayatınız olsun istiyorsanız , sağlık probleminize özgü fizyoterapist hocalarla egzersiz yapmak istiyorsanız ve tüm bunları yaparken ilgiyle karşılanmak, temiz bir ortamda kendinizi değerli hissetmek istiyorsanız kesinlikle tek adres burası. 10 ders aldıktan sonra değişimimi fark edince 20 li paket aldım. Kendim için yaptığım en büyük iyiliklerden birisi burayı keşfetmek oldu❤️❤️❤️

Daha önce bir kaç yerde pilatese gitmiştim ama bu kadar samimi ve sıcakkanlı hocaların olduğu bir stüdyo görmemiştim. İçeri girer girmez kendimi çok iyi hissediyorum. Ferah ve hijyenik olması en büyük artılarından. Alev hoca ve diğer hocalar hepsi birbirinden ilgili. Vazgeçemeyecegim tek stüdyo ????

Calisanlarin cok guler yuzlulugu ve yardimcidir. Ozelliklede Pelin Hocayi tek gecerim:) Bu kadar uzun sure gidebildigim ilk yer oldu sayesinde. Kendisi cok eglenceli ve tesvik edicidir. Herkese tavsiye ediyorum.
