Solarium Sports Center was established in 1996 in Ankara Çankaya in the Exercise Hall sector. Solarium Sports Center, which is constantly in pursuit of change with the changing management and technology from its establishment to the present, aims to satisfy its customers with its future-oriented vision.
Teamwork Based Exercise Programs
Due to the importance we attach to teamwork as Solarium Sports Center, we are ready to assist you in helping you acquire exercise habits and learn the basics with the support of teammates through our special programs to acquire healthy exercise habits. Our special programs include breathing exercises; physical skill building exercises (pilates, body endurance, movement coordination); It has been specially designed to offer a set of exercise and working techniques suitable for gender and age. It is supported by seminars and enlightening exercises for good motivation. We also have a private tutor with specific experience in the field of disability and rehabilitation.
