Sahaja Yoga Antalya Headquarters was established in 1997 in Muratpaşa. Sahaja Yoga is one of the most important, competent and well-established exercise programs that serve for health, joy and personal transformation. Our program transforms the body to create resistance to stress caused by physical or mental causes and to meet all the needs of relaxation areas with shock methods. In this context, the taught pelvis movements and other exercise forms support practitioners' physical and spiritual competence by providing changes in body-mind coordination and consciousness.

We offer programs at different levels. Internship programs given by our expert trainers allow you to become a Sahaja Yoga practitioner after five months. Programs that begin with simple sahaja yoga develop intricacies as they progress towards Karma Yoga and Rajayoga. Sahaja Yoga practices have emerged as a result of other exercise modalities based on the synthesis of different disciplines - these exhibit deep relaxation, relaxation and the use of breathing in meditation in pneumatogenic based yoga.

As Sahaja Yoga Antalya Central Office, we provide services to many people at the same time through relaxing music that supports breath control techniques, and special relaxation meditations to facilitate the feeling of the concept of infinity. Our organization organizes meetings and seminars every year in Antalya, in different cities of Turkey and abroad, offering techniques to use personal influence mechanisms and mental liberation together with Sahaja Yoga.
