Rrg Boxing is an Istanbul based fitness club founded in 2001. Our aim is; is to help people to live a healthy and active life and keep fit. Our experienced team provides members with planned training programs and offers personalized services with a special development focus.
Considering the high interest in the fields of wellness and fitness as a priority, all workouts at Rrg Boxing are within the framework of a well-thought-out and streamlined program. Programs run entirely by expert trainers are aimed at increasing the physical well-being of the regulars and improving their flexibility.
Health is the most important issue for us. We're offering an experience we want to share for longer periods of time so members can learn how to live gracefully. It is the basis of our work that we always work for the benefit of our members, who are connected to us with our monthly health checks and diet programs.
