Rota Pilates Studio was established in 1995 in Istanbul. It is a company that aims to be a leader in the GYM lounge sector with its high standardization and qualified services. Since its establishment, in addition to the versatile work it offers, it prefers to make physical and spiritual training programs to raise awareness in the field of health.
Among the goals of Rota Pilates Studio are to improve people's mental health and quality of life, to harmonize their bodies through personal training programs , to guide health and fitness professionals, and to strengthen the fitness culture.
Rota Pilates Studio aims to provide quality and accuracy to its customers by offering a fixed movement program of 6 days a week. At the same time, it helps to implement the spiritual and physical approaches of expert trainers on a regular basis. Then, each individual is given personalized training.
Rota Pilates Studio has gained leadership as a center of attraction with its durable and effective training initiatives. With underground pilotage, it is carried with our effort to be an improvement from start to finish. We continue to participate in the latest technology and studies to provide meticulous, decent, clean environments for our customers.

Yeni başladım ama çabuk ısındım. Ekibin dayanışması ve enerjisi o kadar güzel ki kadın dayanışması ve gücünü görüp, başarılarıyla ve alçak gönüllü tavırlarıyla gurur duymamak elde değil. İnsana “helal olsun bu genç insanlara” dedirtiyor. Maral hocam zaten bir harika güler yüzü, cana yakın oluşu bir yana; işinin uzmanı ve çok iyi bir eğitmen. Simay Hanım yine bir o kadar güler yüzlü ve hoş sohbet. Mekan tertemiz. Manzara yemyeşil. Konum olarak da merkezi ve kolay ulaşılabilir bir yerde. Gidip o esneme hareketlerini yaptıktan sonra kendimi çok iyi hissediyorum. Herkese tavsiye ediyorum ????
