Ror And Pilates is a fitness club that has been serving in Izmir since 2004. It has taken customer satisfaction as a priority in order to provide quality sports service. Ror And Pilates has developed innovative programs with individual staff training in order to offer its members the opportunity to do sports by having fun in a loving, friendly and reliable environment.
Ror And Pilates aims at personalized programs and effective training for each member, and at the same time aims to provide a quality service at the same level as professional athletes and coaches in their profession. Daily workouts, weekly class as well as studio training specific to wellness programs offer the magic of a great sporting event for our members.
Ror And Pilates creates a universal community by appealing to people from all walks of life. One of our missions is to create an environment where people of different abilities, as well as cultures, religions and age ranges, can come together and feel comfortable.

İlk defa pilates yapma deneyimim oldu ve daha önce neden yapmamışım dedim o kadar memnunum ki ağrılarım azaldı severek gidip geliyorum. Hacer hoca özel olarak ilgileniyor ve dersler bir o kadar da eğlenceli geçiyor aynı zamanda diyetisyen desteği de mevcut herkese tavsiye ederim :)

Çok temiz ve ferah stüdyo. Tabi bunu sağlayanlar diyetisyen Sıla ve Hacer hocamız. Yoga diyetisyen danışmanlığı ve andulusyon hizmetleri var. Ben çok memnun kaldım.

Daha once hic spor yapmamis olan bana reformeri sevdiren Hacer Hoca ile basladigimdan bu yana cok guzel ilerleme sağladik ???? Hem inceldim, kilo verdim hem de sirt ağlarım gecti. Bilgisi, ilgisi ve dinlenme aralarimdaki hos sohbeti ile haftanin 3 günü koşa koşa gittigim vazgecilmezim oldu burası ???? Sadece reformer değil, yaptırdığı fonksiyonel antrenmanların da vücudumda etkisi cok belirgin oldu ???? Teşekkürler Hacer Hocam ????????????
