Relax-Jim was established in 1993 as a Fitness Club in Nilüfer, Bursa. It provides its leadership through Ahmet and Aylin, 2 Fitness Experts from Izmir.
Relax-Jim Purpose and Vision
Our Mission; has been to provide the best professional training programs, training centers and support services to our customers. We raise the standards of quality education, always aiming to provide up-to-date, advanced and state-of-the-art facilities. Our vision, on the other hand, is to provide high-level fitness leadership to customers who will appeal to all age groups by creating a modern sports facility using the latest technology.

Reformer ile tanıştığım adres, tertemiz ortam, gönül rahatlığı ile gidilecek sport merkezlerinden kesinlikle???? Suzan hocam gerçekten çok ilgili, disiplinli ve sımsıcak, tatlı mı tatlı sayesinde çok sevdim????????

Spor konusunda hassas biri olarak çok fazla araştırma yapıp bir çok yerin değerlendirmelerine bakarken buranın yorumlarına denk geldim ve iyiki de denk gelmişim Suzan hocamla tanışma fırsatı buldum anlatılanlar kadar varmış gerçekten çok anlayışlı, yılların tecrübesi ve bilgisiyle işini layıkıyla yapan bir eğitmen. Aynı zamanda insanı motive eden yüksek bir enerjiye sahip :) Bayanlara özel oluşu zaten artı ama Sadece suzan hocamla bile tanışsanız bırakamayacağınız bir yer arayışta olan herkese şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum.:)

Daha önceki gittiğim yerlere kıyasla ortam temiz ev rahatlığında Suzan hocam çok motive edici enerjisi yüksek reformer pilates yapmak isteyenlere şiddetle tavsiye edilir????

Zayıflayıp düzgün bir vücut şekline girmeme fazlasıyla yardımcı oldular.Artık kilolu değilim???? 25 kg kadar verdim sayelerinde . Relax jim ekibine çok teşekkür ederim. Spora devam :)
