Nereden başlayım nasıl anlatayım.Semih hocamızın o bitmek bilmeyen pozitif enerjisini mi anlatayım,yoksa işine duyduğu disiplin ve saygıyı mı bilemedim.Eger sizde spor yapmak için doğru bir başlangıç arayanlardansaniz coah reformer en doğru adres.Asla pişman olmayacaksınız emin olun.En guzelide reformerla fonksiyonel antrenmanı birlestirmeleri mükemmel etki mükemmel sonuc.

Deske koca bir kase çilek koyan, spor sonrası kahvesi hazırlayan, lazım olanlar alsın diye toka kutusu bulunduan, sizi kan ter içinde bırakıp şişenizi uzatıp hadi su iç diyen, stiliyle pozitif haliyle dersin nasıl geçtiğini anlamamanıza sebep olan, aaa ben bu hareketi yapabildiğimi bilmiyordum dedirten... bu liste böyle uzar gider ????
