Queen's Pilates is a gym that has been serving in the Buca district of Izmir since 2015. We discovered the power of sports that brings aesthetics and peace to our lives. We enjoy sharing with you head training techniques, core exercises, Pilates and Yoga and basic moving exercise programs in our work.
Our programs include body shaping and winging , tone up or controlled disappearance programs created by expert trainers.
We aim to achieve maximum motivation in each of our individual and group lessons classified according to intensity level (beginner, intermediate and advanced). Our countless programs, created according to your specific needs, are supported by excellent melodies that make the exercises enjoyable.
All of our lessons are completely personalized, regardless of the person's physical condition, as our aim is to help people become aware of their own smoothness and support them in achieving their personal goals.
