Hayatımda ilk defa pilates yaptım . Pilatesi hiç bu kadar seveceğimi düşünmemiştim teşekkürler çisil hoca❤️ Hijyen , ilgi ve alakaları İçin de pinky pilatese ve koray beye teşekkürler ☺️

Oncelikle pilates hocamdan bahsetmek istiyorum. Cisil hoca.. Kendisinin enerjisi, motivesi ve destekleyici yapisi sayesinde dersler hem cok etkili geciyor hemde nasil gectigini anlamiyorsunuz. Her derste farkli bir hareket yaptirmasi ve vucudumun her yerini ayri ayri calistiriyor olmasi benim icin bahsetmeden gecemeyecegim noktalardan bir tanesi. Cisil hoca sayesinde ders sonu sonuc aldigimi hissedince salondan mutlu ayrilmak gercekten pahabicilemez. Isletme sahibi Koray Bey ise uyeligimiz boyunca bizi hic kirmadi. Oldukca yardimsever ve nazik bir isletmeci. Ayrica ekibin bu samimiyeti, uyeligimizi yenilememize sebep oldu. Iyi ki oldu. Yakinlarima hijyen, konum, alet ve hocamin bilgi duzeyi acisindan guvenerek tavsiye edebilecegim bir pilates studyosu.

Çok memnunum. Özellikle Çisil hocayı öneriyorum çok ilgili ve güzel çalıştırıyor , destekliyor. Bana pilatesi ekstra sevdirdi :) ve vücudumdaki değişimler beni mutlu ediyor. Ayrica ortam koşulları cok iyi hijyene dikkat ediliyor. Guzel detaylardan biri de konumun ulaşılabilir olmasi. Her sey icin teşekkürler. ????
