3 aydan daha uzun bir süredir Dilara Hocam ile hamile pilatesi yapıyoruz. Yaklaşımı ve donanımı sayesinde her derste kendimi oldukça güvende ve rahat hissettim. Kendisi ile çalışmak benim için büyük bir şanstı. Eğer böyle bir arayıştaysanız kendisini şiddetle öneririm:)

Hoşgörü ve profesyonelliği birarada görebileceğiniz,temizlik hususunda hiç endişe yaşamadan gelip sporunuzu yapabileceğiniz güzel bir ortam.Pilates Kartala yorumlara bakarak denemek için gelmiştim fakat sonrasında haftada 3 gün reformer pilatese gelerek müdavimi oldum.Siz de birbirinden tatlı hocalarıyla motivasyonunuz düşmeden sporu hayatınıza geçirebilirsiniz.İndirimli kampanyaları ve güler yüzüyle bizi mutlu eden Muradiye hn????,Gülşah hn,Aleyna Hoca vee tabiiki Dilara Hocaya(????) çok teşekkür ederim.
