Pilates Workshop was established in Istanbul in 1992 as Bahçeşehir GYM hall. Our aim is to help people of all ages to improve their mental, physical and mental development by making sports activities more enjoyable and enjoyable. Our Pilates studies are carried out 7 days a week by our expert team, which has an uninterrupted 30 years of experience and is supported by our trainings and internships.

Tarif edilemeyecek bir pilates deneyimi herkesin gelip kesinlikle denemesi gerekiyor .Bu pilates ise şimdiye kadar yaptıklarım neydi dedirtti bana :)) Pilates atölyesinden önce 5 stüdyo daha denemiştim ve hep sorunsuz düzenli gelebilceğim gerçekten sürdürebilir profosyonel eğitim alabilceğim bir atölye arayışındaydım .Sonunda aradığım atölyeme kavuştum.Benim gibi spor yapmayı ve hareket etmeyi çok sevmeyen biri bile şu an derslere gelmek için sabırsızlanıyor. İnanılmaz deneyimli bir ekip var burda enerjileri her zaman çok yüksek her hareketiniz baştan aşağı en küçük açılara kadar kontrol altında salon tertemiz ve ferah.Kendinizi girer girmez güvenilir ellerde hissedeceksiniz.Ben geç buldum siz geç kalmayın
