Ev taşımak kadar dertli tasalı bir işlemde ilk defa rahat ettik. İlk telefonla konuşmadan iş bitiminde evden ayrılmaya kadar iletişim çok iyiydi. Eşyalarımızın paketlenmesi ve taşınmasında Yusuf Bey ve ekibi gayet iyi iş çıkardı. Önceden anlaşılan hiçbir şey emrivaki ile sonradan değiştirilmeye çalışılmadı ki bu daha önce hep denk geldiğimiz bir şey olurdu. Fiyat/kalite olarak tavsiye ederim.

Genel hatlarıyla büyük eşyalarınızı sarıyorlar. Fakat gardıropların büyük yan taraflarını sarmıyorlar. Ki bunları sarmayacak mısınız dediğimiz de büyük parçaları sarmıyoruz ve bir şey olmuyor dediler. Ama maalesef gardırobun kenarı kırılmış ve ben bunu silerken fark ettim. En temiz monte eden arkadaş çalışıyor diyordum ama oda monte ederken gördüğü halde söylemedi. Buzdolabı sardıkları halde zarar gördü hadi onun olacağı varmış dedik ama sarmadıkları eşyanın zarar görmesi şirket personelinin sorumluluğunda. Şirkete bilgisini verdiğimde yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar ama mobilya özel yapım olduğu için tadilat yaptırmamız mümkün değildi. Bir de buzdolabını falan koyduktan sonra ayaklarına bakın ön ayaklardan birinin contası düşmüş vidanın ucunda duruyor. Olması gereken halini ve şuan vidanın üstünde duruşunu da fotoğraf olarak ekledim.

Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. En basta kaan bey ilr iletişime geçtik taşıma günü sözleşme ve sigorta yapılacağından bahsetti ama öyle bir şey yapılmadı. Eşyalarımız zarar gördü dolap parçalarını hiç bir şeye sarmadan taşıdılar bunu söyleyip uyardığımızda bir şey olmayacağını belirttiler ama esyaları kamyondan düşürdüler 20 bin tl lik dolabımız kırıldı. Diğer esyalarımızdada zarar var. Sonrasında ise bu durumu anlatmak için aradığımda hic bir sekilde telefonlarımı açan olmadı herhangi bir muhattap bulamadik kesinlikle uzak durun.
