Optimal Physiotherapy & Reformer Pilates Studio is a gym that has been serving in Çukurova district of Adana since 2003. Our goal is to provide our clients with the best quality education and rehabilitation services. Optimal Physiotherapy & Reformer Pilates Studio gives private lessons to each individual by physiotherapists who are experts in their fields. It has a successful two-way communication with the people we communicate and interact with.
Medical Physiotherapy/Rehabilitation Program : This program focuses on a unique approach that relearns the body's movement system to improve physical therapy and rehabilitation, patient safety, posture, strength and spine function. The use of the latest technology and techniques helps complete the rehabilitation process of patients.
Reformer Pilates Program : This program includes continuous dynamic Pilates training to increase muscle strength, balance, flexibility, endurance and physical performance and fitness. Program; poses, understanding and control of muscles, group qi gong-Vegetarian / Yoga and parkour exercises.
