Breathing Pilates; Established in 1993 in Istanbul, it started to serve as a pioneering fitness center. The Center was established to change the behaviors that have become widespread in the fitness industry for performance and healthy living. Nefes Pilates, which always aims to progress in health; offers unique movement programs to reduce the distance between people and create awareness for people with disabilities.
Nefes Pilates, approaching its users with the desire to provide a qualified experience with the highly developed and modern applications of health technology in an organic atmosphere in a hospital environment, also shows sensitivity to both its users and personnel. Our staff consists of certified trainee medical students and selected individuals as specialist consultants .
Nefes Pilates, unlike all other fitness centers, has created most of its high-tech equipment to serve every program. The technical service team answers any questions on any subject, optionally. During the working period, our staff is always happy to assist our customers by answering your questions about the center.

Temiz, sakin ve profesyonel bir pilates stüdyosu. Ekipman gayet iyi. İki kişilik dersler de yapılabiliyor. Busem Hoca ile 20.derse koşuyoruz, hazırladığı programlar çok keyifli ve fiziksel yeterliliğimize göre hareket alternatifleri de sunuyor.

Nefes Pilates’i eşim sayesinde tanıdım. İyi ki de tanımışım. Bana çok iyi geliyor. Özellikle Busem hoca gibi genç ama işini bilen, seven ve ciddiye alan bir eğitmen ile çalışıyor olduğumdan kendimi çok şanslı hissediyorum. Teşekkürler Nefes Pilates.
