Nefes Health Club is a gym established in 1998 in Istanbul. As a fitness center, Nefes Health Club offers you fun and productive exercises with its wide areas and constantly updated technologies.
There are various subgroups in our facilities. We have weekly activity plans with our rich activity programs prepared for you. There are swimming pool, sauna, steam room, gymnastic boards, archery, free weight section, strength&conditioning, aerobics and free weight sections.
Our staff consists of professional trainers and expert dietitians. Our staff always provides services that will provide you with the most reliable and effective benefit with comprehensive knowledge about fitness programs.
