Nas Pilates Studio was established in 2009 with the aim of becoming a fitness club in Izmir. Our company develops health centers and facilities in their region. It has been in the first place in the sector for the last 10 years.

Our Pilates programs are carried out by our pilates masters, who have fully learned modern equipment and use professional techniques. You will feel positive energy in our living room. At Nas Pilates Studio; Our interest has always been in providing people with the best equipment and techniques to increase their breathing skills, body building, strengthening and flexibility.
Our Expert Trainers Our trainers are highly experienced and expert people with decades of experience at the beginning of their pilates knowledge in two separate programs. Our areas of expertise include bone and skeletal secretion rehabilitation, anatomical knowledge and development programs that include athlete's competence. Each of our trainers buys the market by providing customer-specific solutions to develop innovative strategies for program work and coaching sessions.
Our Mission Nas Pilates Studio, we always strive to improve our existing team and mechanical equipment in order to provide quality services, create flexible life support programs for patient needs and provide personalized services on demand. That's why we strive to unlock the potential of all of our Clients to help individuals meet high standards of health, sustained strength, flexibility, breathing, relaxation and well-being, particularly mobility and equipment.
