Miel Spa & Fitness & Pilates Levent is an Istanbul-based Sports Center project established in 2001. We provide service with our expert team, great environment and luxury equipment to help you leave behind tiring work and stressful lives all day.
Our techniques are designed to both support you physically and mentally and encourage you to adopt great core programs and solid attitudes for yourself to progress. Our teachers and team mentors, such as Shereen, are developing new millene programs, helping our guests adapt to enjoy the pilates and fitness programs implemented to provide the best balance.
Our Exercise Programs are exercise programs focused on broad sports. These include all kinds of fitness options, including interval workouts that never go out of style, Grit, Zumba, Pilates, Mobility, Stretch and TRX. The technical infrastructure is extremely comprehensive and our EZ Flex branded cloth-based tools support weight relay, individual exercise and multi-position training.
Transparent floors made of all glass around the room add incredible beauty to the landscape and create an amazing atmosphere for our guests. In the open air, against the green texture of Ataşehir, colorful Şadequarter blocks appear in a combination that will be an indicator of the quality of the company.
