Mf GYM was established in 1997 and entered our lives as a bodybuilding center in Adana, Yüreğir. We do not compromise on quality and at the same time, we maintain the principle of freshness in order to provide you with comfort.
As part of our strength-based challenge, we offer individual training to athletes. We provide training courses in groups by taking requests and requests from the athletes. In our saunas, which are open every day all week, relaxation and affordable sports equipment are also available.
In order to ensure development, the goals of athletes of all ages in every field of study are also supported. We offer independent trainers for the development and reinforcement of specific skills.
Moreover; We regularly control and audit the standards for comfort, cleanliness and hygiene conditions. We also provide the use of professional technology at certain intervals.
