Metta Pilates is an exercise center established in 1993 in Istanbul. Before starting this sector, we stand behind all attempts and efforts to reach the position we desire in our organization in tough competition. We always try to achieve the best results in every sense with great effort for customer satisfaction. At Metta Pilates we have a wide variety of programs designed to train different exercises.
We can organize Pilates days 3 times a week in our facilities, yoga classes that come every weekday, and special seminars for stress relief and meditation that will help you control yourself. All our current programs are pre-prepared and implemented by top experts to help you easily achieve your challenging goals. You don't need to buy any equipment for Pilates and other programs; only what you need to find perfect forms and achieve maximum performance will be communicated to you.
At Metta Pilates we also offer live classes, private instruction and research-based practices. We reward and reward our clients with tailored exercises, special seminars and personalized advice so that they get an idea of exactly what they want from coming to our fitness centre. We also provide special campaigns to our customers who have been subscribing and following the courses for more than 6 months.
