Hayatım, Meral kaya ile yoga yapmadan önce ve sonra diye ikiye ayrılıyor. Kendisi master yoga uzmanı olmakla kalmıyor yan dallarla da aldığı uzmanlıklarla bu işi farklı bir seviyeye çıkarıyor.
