Live Fit Pilates is a GYM center operating in Istanbul since 2002. Today, we believe that every person should give importance to their physical and mental health. For this reason, our designed training programs offer balanced choices based on the principle of providing you with the most correct, refreshing and stylish usage area.
To strengthen, strengthen, lose, support and keep calm, our exercise programs focused on breathing include classical exercises such as yoga and pilates. We do not refresh the solid foundations that will help you improve your techniques every time, and we give place to a lively lifestyle.
With our dedicated team of trainers, we assist you in a safe and completely self-personalized training environment. Our trainings are planned individually by experienced professionals, aiming to concentrate on moving and improve one's technique.
In our LiveFit Pilates room, where we aim to create a hierarchical platform for everyone, we create a reliable environment between athletes, coaches and a professional support team. Our goal is to support all existing ones and provide the best results for everyone participating in the training.
