Lifetime Pilates was established in Istanbul in 2004 specifically to support the healthy life of people from all walks of life with movement. Supporting healthy living since its establishment, Lifetime Pilates offers professional-level training to enable customers to improve their physical abilities and performance in the best way possible. It develops numerous techniques, skills and exercises to increase strength , flexibility and conditioning , and publishes personalized programs to support healthy living without any stress, pain and discomfort in their lives.
The main goal of Lifetime Pilates is to keep the standards that attach importance to safety, as well as training programs to establish a healthy and harmonious life. The gym is open at varying hours, including mornings, evenings and weekends, to accommodate most people's daily routine. Apart from that, offering a wide range of services and options, all available equipment includes items such as goals, compression sweaters, barstobs, glass reels and grouses.
Lifetime Pilates offers professional coaching that helps clients achieve their healthy living and exercise goals. Individual and group lessons show different techniques for achieving cross-change excellence, thus inspiring success and motivation. Lifetime Pilates provides its customers with an experience that will make them feel excited to enjoy the sport, as well as the comprehensive recess training programs they need.
