Bir yıl önce aslında oğlumu götürürüm diye başladığım Krav Magen’de ben de kendimi bu ailenin bir parçası olarak bulduğum için çok mutluyum. Geçen bir yıl içerisinde kendimizi geliştirme fırsatı yakaladık ve çok şey öğrendik. Krav Magen’in en sevdiğimiz yanları tüm eğitmenlerin çok ilgili olması, yanlışları düzeltmek için herkesle birebir ilgilenmeleri ve salona gelenlerin bir abi-abla-kardeş gibi birbirlerine yardımcı olmaları oldu. Özellikle çocuklarla yakından ilgilenilmesinin ve motivasyonlarının yüksek tutulmasının çok etkili olduğunu düşünüyorum. Oğlum ve benim için hem fiziksel hem de zihinsel anlamda gelişmemize katkısı olan bir süreç oldu. Herkese, özellikle de çocukları ile gelmeyi düşünen annelere tavsiye ederim. Tüm hocalarıma ve arkadaşlarıma selam, sevgi ve saygılarımla.

Krav maga da 5.ayım çok güzel bir salon Hocalar çok yardımcı oluyor.Her katıldığım derslerde yeni teknikler öğreniyorum.Sokakta olası bir duruma karşı kendimi nasıl savunabileceğimi farklı similasyonlarda görüyorum ve artık sokağa daha öz güvenli çıkıyorum.Herkese tavsiye ederim.
