Karaman Merkez Sports Hall is a GYM hall established in Karaman in 2001. We offer many sports trainings, programs and services for different purposes, from dietitian counseling to nutrition plans or bodybuilding. Especially Conditioning Service and Bodybuilding Plan offer a massive service to both Professional Athletes and General Users. Thanks to our Smart Machines, you can do lift, bike, cardio, step and simple exercises in one session. In addition, we follow closely our personalized training programs in the hall to ensure that activity targets are set that are realistic enough to meet the expectations of the person.
Karaman Merkez Sports Hall provides guidance and support by offering a comprehensive sports training program to our guests through famous personal athletes, trainers and trainers. Spor salonu, mimari ve amacı için güzel, çevresi için eksik diyebilirim. Salon personeli özverili ve ilgili. En büyük eksikliği, yüzlerce sporcunun katılım sağladığı turnuvalarda bir su bile alınabilecek kantin veya büfesinin olmaması. Yakın çevrede de ihtiyaçların alınacağı başka bir işletme de yok. Gidenlerin yanlarında mutlaka su ve ihtiyaçlarını götürmeleri gerekiyor.
