Just Training Studio’ya hamile pilatesi için gittim. Gerek eğitmen kadrosu, gerek ortamı ve enerjisiyle mükemmel bir yer. Tüm hocalarıma hamilelik sürecinde destekleri için teşekkür ederim, bana pilatesi sevdirdiler???? Doğumdan sonra bu sefer eski formuma kazanmak için yeni antremanlar ve programlar için tekrar gideceğim tek adres????????Tereddüt etmeden sağlıklı yaşam için kendinizi teslim edebileceğiniz bir adres.

Spor salonuna gitmeyi sevmeyen ben koşarak gidiyorum, eğitmenler hem profesyonel hem de arkadaşınız gibi. Salon tertemiz, bütün aletler her kullanımdan sonra temizleniyor. Egitmenler tarafından kişiye özel antrenman planı yapılıyor. Ben Emrah hocayla çalışıyorum, fonksiyonel egzersiz yapmayı daha çok istiyordum, ama postür bozukluğum olduğundan önerisiyle haftada bir gün de reformer pilates yapıyoruz, beden sağlığının yanında ruh sağlığına da çok iyi geliyor. Fonksiyonelde ağlatıyor ama olsun :)
