Gymnastics Sports School is a fitness center established in 2003 in Istanbul. Our trainings are designed for people of all ages to have a healthy and enjoyable time.
Our facilities ; With its gym, open area, aqua park and track areas, it offers the opportunity to do the sports you want with your favorite equipment in all seasons.
Our Special Instructor Program has been created from the training programs of our personnel and the studies that our users may prefer. We also have different games and tools in our gym designed for coordination training with the bag. We provide innovative and customized training to reach your personal goals and maximize exercise performance.
Our courses help everyone discover their hobbies according to their interests. We have a growing catalog that allows all age groups, from children to adults, to lead an active life in a positive mood.
Sports activities; fitness classes, slides, jumping classes, aerobics, intense and dynamic cocktails including HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Crossfit-like workouts using minimal equipment, body conditioning programs, gymnastics basics.
With the nutrition programs we have created, it is aimed to keep the energy of our members at the highest level, to support them with daily sports practices and to achieve positive results.
As we have blended with years of experience, Gymnastics Sports School is here to offer you the best service with sports activities and knowledge that will increase the quality of life.
