Aldığım ve dar gelen bir ürünü (dış giyim ürünü) 24 saat geçmeden, hiç kullanmadan, etiketini sökmeden, fişi ile birlikte götürdüm iade etmek istedim, "iade almıyoruz, sadece değişim yapabilirsiniz" dedi. Bu konuda kesinlikle yardımcı olmayan bir esnaf. Basit bir iade konusunda bile esneklik ve iyi niyet yok maalesef. Alışveriş yaparken bu hususu dikkate alınız. Sorun yaşarsanız çözümü zor. O yüzden tavsiye etmiyorum.
