Sırt ve bel ağrılarım son buldu, İncilay hocam çok ilgili; herkesin sağlık problemleriyle yakından ilgili ve antrenmanı o şekilde düzenliyor. Birçok antrenör gibi yaptığımız hareketlerin nasıl ve ne için çalıştığını açıklamakta güçlük çekmiyor. Bu yüzden bilgisine ve tecrübesine diyecek sözüm yok. Bu salonda tanıştık kendisiyle ve bütünüyle çok memnun kaldık hem öğretmen hem arkadaş yönüyle. Erzincanda kesinlikle tercih etmeniz gereken bir yer.
