Holistic Well was established in 2003 in Istanbul. Our company combines positive energy with deep yoga-pilates and reiki techniques. If you are looking for natural and balanced employment models in response to today's hectic lifestyles and the luxury products we consume, welcome here.

Holistic Well offers professional instructors to inspire our body and mind in Yoga, Pilates and Reiki classes. Our experienced trainers, who specialize in many wellness areas, teach these fascinating techniques that can give yourself more positivity.
We offer all kinds of programs for practitioners of all levels and ages, in group or private practice. We have a team that can guide any group at any point, with our personalized training plans at work or at home. Wifi is available nearby.
Holistic Well is true to its mission, which aims to support overcoming obstacles. We offer access to an elastic cost and payment schedule. Our goal is to encourage people to engage in wellness activities and practices that they haven't been able to reach and want to participate in.

Yaklaşık bir yıldır Elif hocam ile çalışıyorum, herşeyden önce mükemmel bir aurası var hemen sizi sarıyor, yeşillikler içersindeki stüdyoya girdiğiniz an içinizi bir huzur kaplıyor. Elif hocam derslerde çok disiplinli harekette kaldığınız pozisyonları çok dikkatle takip ediyor, yorulduğum anda motivasyon için bana eşlik ediyor :) Çok çok memnunum, benim gibi huzur içinde birebir pilates/yoga/reiki ders almak isteyen herkese tavsiye ederim. Tatlış Sante ile minik kedilerde keyifli derslerin pozitif motivasyonu, bonusu :))
