Hg Gym was established in 1983 in Isparta in the bodybuilding industry.
Along with many famous gyms, Hg Gym is also a well-known brand in the world.
Our mission is not just to be physically perfect, but to sprint with our strength, to support your endurance and flexibility and to reach your unattainable goals; is to go for a progressive, stronger, healthy, happy and peaceful life.
All kinds of activities are available in the gym. These; aerobics , cardio , incest strain, auxiliary exercise, swimming pool (open for use at announced times) and restoration (sauna, steam room, massage room, grass sports fields, basketball court).
At the gym, we have qualified equipment, equipped personnel and modern technology fitness recording, recorded training and tracking systems. You can continue training in ideal conditions and hygienic environments for people of any age.
The Hg Gym team offers you the ability to prepare an experienced, professional and understanding program. Thus, from customizing to guiding the athlete; we are starting to help you in important steps on the way to a healthy and happy life standards.
