Koltuk takımı aldım 11.200 TL idi %10 Özel sipariş farkı verdim 12300 mal oldu özellikle üstüne basa basa söyledik rengi bu olacak diye evimize ürün geldi farklı renkte ondan sonra aradık mağazaya gittik renk koyuluğu olabilir dedi magaza sorumluları yapacak bir şeyimiz yok dedi ana fabrikayı aradım orada aynı şekilde söyledi faturanızı alırken her şeyinizi inceleyin ne ana fabrika ne mağaza uslup olarak çok kötüler malı almadan önce çok iyiler mal aldıktan sonra biz hicbirsey yapamayız diyorlartuketici haklarina başvurdum orada da fatura yanlış kes ildi hiçbir şeyde bulunamadı m

Bu mağazadan alışveriş yapacaklar bir kez daha düşünün derim. Peşin ödememe rağmen sıfır ürün yerine mağazadaki teşhir ürünlerini gönderdiler. Ürünlerin her yeri deforme, çizik şeklinde geldi. İtiraz ettim ancak mağaza çalışanları muhatap bile olmuyor. Fabrikaya şikayet ettim fabrika bizzat değişim yapılacak talimat vermesine rağmen mağaza personeli benimle inatlaşmaya girip değişim yapmadı. Üstüne bir de tartışmaya girip hakaretler yağdırdı. Ben de zehir zıkkım olsun dedim başka bir çare bırakmadılar. Resmen dolandırıcılık bu.
