Mağaza satış elemanı teşhir ürününü sattti i sonra eşim kabul etmedi yenisi 15 20 güne gelir dedi 1 ay da geldi gelen ürün de fabrika hatalı çıktı 3 lu koltuğun arka kısmı 1 kere geri gitti 1 ayda geldi şimdi gene geri gitti işin açıkçası GUNDOGDU MOBILYANIN ürünleri hiç kullanışlı değil almamanizi tercih ederim bize hiç dönüş yapılmadı eşim sikayet yorumu yapana kadar 2 ayda bir koltuk takımını teslim edemediler çünkü ilgilenilmiyor hala koltuğun arkası yok

Mağazanız da ki ürünlerinizi görmek için geldiğimizde çalışanlarınızdan bizi isminin Mehtap Hanım olduğunu söyleyen hanımefendi karşıladı. Kendisinin bize karşı olan ilgisiz bilgisiz ( internetten bakabilirsiniz ) umursamaz ve kovar gibi (sizi yukarıya alayım )konuşma yaklaşımı çok kötü idi. Sizin gibi kurumsal bir firmanın çalışanlarının daha profesyonel olması gerektiğini düşünmekteyim. Not : Ürünlerimizi güler yüzlü başka kurumsal bir mağazadan tedarik ettik ???? Güler yüzlü günlerde görüşe bilmek dileğiyle ????
