Doktorun yazdığı ilaca varken yok deyip "aynı abla" diyerek ısrarla muadilini satmaya çalışılmasını anlamıyorum. Ne yazıyorsa onu ver yoksa da yok yerine bunu veriyorum de. Hiç bir açıklama yapma zahmetinde bulunulmuyor. Karşısında müşteri çalışanlar aralarında şakalaşıp dalga geçiyor.
