Grab Pilates Studio: Grab Pilates Studio was established in 2018 in Istanbul. The aim of our studio is to provide fitness training through a range of technologies to improve personal performance and quality of life.
Our Goal: We strive, firstly, to encourage room dynamics and human-to-human agreement, and secondly, to offer the most effective ways to achieve the goals of physical artifacts.
Basic Pilates Methods: Studio uses basic pilates methods using movements such as hanging in the air, gloves and ballons, pilates hanging on the wall, street, reformer and equipment. Our usual pilates instructors plan and control all our programs together with professionals such as expert psychological researcher and lawyer.
We Offer a Comfortable and Safe Environment: Grab Pilates Studio offers a comfortable and safe environment at affordable prices, in a complex air environment with people's bodies. Our trainers understand the features of the equipment and ensure that their athletes receive a comprehensive and effective training. Basically, we also offer coaching to support our athletes to achieve their dreams.
