Flexfit Pilates Studio family was established in 1996 in Ankara, Çankaya, in the exercise room sector. According to our investigations, it has achieved success with different projects such as establishing the first Pilates and Fitness Center in Ankara and deploying 3 pieces in Williamsburg.

Ruhumun ve bedenimin şifa bulduğu yer 3 yıldır gönül rahatlığıyla gidiyorum Ece hoca çok disiplinli, detaycı ve kuralcı; egzersizde hareketi yanlış yapmanıza asla izin vermiyor, sakatlanma veya farklı bir durum olmaması için. Fiziksel olarak sıkıntılarım vardı çok şükür hepsi Ece hocanın kişiye özel egzersizleri ile geçti Kişinin neye ihtiyacı var ise onu tespit edip o yöne ağırlık veriyor ancak tüm vücut çalışmayı da ihmal etmiyor Özellikle hijyen tutkusu pandemi boyunca gönül rahatlığıyla gitmemi sağladı. Temizlikten öte hijyen tutkusu. Ece hoca ekibini de titizlikle seçiyor. Ekibin de egzersizde detaylara dikkat etmesine, hijyene önem vermesine ve en önemlisi Güleryüzlü olmasına dikkat ediyor En güzeli de aynı pozu tekrar yaptırmıyor her defasında yeni hareket tarzı ve parkurlar ile inanılmaz eğlenceli oluyor, kasların sıkı çalıştığını o an eğlenmekten farkedemiyorum ertesi gün müthiş. Kardiyo da ekleyerek incelmeye de yardımcı oluyor. İki beden inceldim Emekleri için çok teşekkür ediyorum

ece hocamın güler yüzlü oluşu kibar ve samimi tavrı fizyoterapi bilgisiyle en doğru şekilde vücudunuza göre hareketleri yaptırması. her sözünden bilgili olduğu anlaşılıyor ve bu güvende hissettiriyor. ayrıca girdiğiniz andan itibaren aile gibi hissediyorsunuz herkes çok kibar ve samimi. Tabi ki temizliğinden bahsetmiyorum bile harika çok çok temiz. Her şeyiyle mükemmel gerçekten tavsiye ediyorum kusursuz.
