Flex Pilates Studio is a gym established in Istanbul in 2010. It was established in order to remove the obstacles in front of the healthy life of people in Istanbul.
It was created thanks to Flex Pilates Studio to improve human health, make them stronger and increase physical activity. This studio was established to provide Istanbul residents with easy access to classes given by fitness trainers specializing in plases, ab-formations, relaxation techniques and pilates.
Flex Pilates Studio is among the most preferred training centers in Istanbul, with modern chitomography devices, body examinations and health tests. It is also known that the studio was founded on the provision of regular routine tests and integrative health services in human health.
Since 2010, Flex Pilates Studio's mission has been in charge of the health and wellness industry, helping people who go hiking in Istanbul's mountains, pools, seaside and off-road trails keep their bodies and minds healthy. It includes wellness, active vacation and fitness activities and the Doctor-approved Active Spiritual Pilates Program.
