Fit Yoga is an active and dynamic studio specializing in bodybuilding, established in Istanbul in 1992, and includes physical activities such as prenatal yoga, dance yoga, as well as hot/hot yoga sessions.
All yoga-focused activities we offer can be individually customized in order to achieve maximum efficiency in the awareness of our customers who are into yoga. Thus, the programs that can give the best results are developed for personal purposes.
There are people of all levels and varying degrees of difficulty at Fit Yoga. In addition to body and body fitness elements suitable for every yogi , we offer an enjoyable yoga experience in a professional environment with flexible lesson hours.
In addition, Fit Yoga offers a wide range of services from the type of athlete to financial goals, from physical mental to healthy life support, if the sessions are before participating in any formal exercise program.
