Gerçekten mükemmel bir hoca, çok fazla kişiyle daha önce reformer yaptım, Eylül hanım bambaşka. Her derste siz farketmeden farklı hareketler yaptırarak aslında daha kuvvetli çalıştırıyor, gözünü 1 sn ayırmıyor hareketi yanlış yapma kaytarma şansınız yok illa o hedeflediği kaslar çalışacak ☺️
