Etiler Eva Pilates Studio has been working to provide complete exercise services in Istanbul since 1992. Our company, together with a professional team, is focused on providing our customers with a pleasant sports experience with the latest technology devices offered in a comfortable and luxurious atmosphere.
Pilates-based exercise programs within the Studio offer healthier movements and a balanced exercise pleasure that corrects your posture, reduces rheumatism and strengthens your muscles. While the ground forms the ideal basis for body studies; modern tools have useful features included in your Pilates sessions.
At Etiler Eva Pilates Studio , we work successfully in individual or group training according to the needs of the athletes. Our customers are supported by experts in the field of gymnasium, as well as by consulting professionals. It is also supplemented by yoga events, bootcamp weekly study sessions and gymnastics classes.
The aim of Etiler Eva Pilates Studio is to increase the knowledge and skills for optimal health. Making efforts to help people discover their natural potential, increase their motivation and reduce stress. Our mission is to create a social society where it is desirable that everyone seeks good body stiffness, flexibility, balance, endurance and improved cardiovascular performance and a positive sense of health.

Hocam Seda, hem çok tatlı hem çok tecrübeli. Dersler çok keyifli geçiyor. Vücudun ihtiyaçlarını anlayıp ona göre çalıştırıyor. Pilates yapmak zor gelmiyor asla. Burdan da kendisine teşekkür ediyorum. İyi ki var!
