MST Yazılım firması ile barkod aktarım programı ihtiyacımız sebebi ile tanıştık. Firma yetkilisi Muzaffer Bey ve ekibi sağolsun barkod aktarımı ile ilgili işlemimizi hızlı bir şekilde çözdüler. Uzun süredir ETA Versiyon yenilemesi yaptığımızda Stok Barkodlarında tanımladığımız birim katsayıları gelmiyordu. Mecburen (mevcut bayimizin bilgisine güvenerek) ETA nın yeni versiyonunda bu problem olduğunu belirtmesi ile bazı eski exeleri tekrar yüklemek durumunda kalıyorduk ve işlemi böyle çözme yöntemine gidiyorduk. Bu konu ile ilgili bir de MST Yazılıma danışmak istedik. Muzaffer Bey'in bilgisine ve tecrübesine bir kez daha şahit olduk.Versiyon yenileme işleminden sonra bu problemi 10 dk. gibi bir sürede sonuca kavuşturdu. Tecrübesi, bilgisi ve sorun çözme konusundaki yeteneğine teşekkür ederiz.

Kendileriyle ETA programının yetkili bayisi olmaları sebebiyle tanıştık. Öncelikli amacımız ETA konusunda hem danışmanlık almak, hem de farklı yazılım firmalarının bize çözüm üretemediği konularda yardımcı olup olamayacaklarını öğrenmekti. Bu anlamda MST yazılım bizim için etkili bir çözüm ortağı oldu. Firmamızın tüm satış öncesi ve satış sonrası süreçlerinde, ETA'nın yeterli olamadığı konularda sıkıntılarımızı giderdiler. Tavsiye ediyorum.
