Es Pilates is a bodybuilding company founded in 2018, located in Istanbul. Es Pilates is a sports center that currently serves with the opportunities offered by modern technology. We aim to support people not only to ensure their health, but also to achieve greater results for their bodies.
In our salon, we follow the basic principles of pilates work. These are techniques used to clean and strengthen tight muscles, increase control and reduce unwanted joint movements. Programs performed by our experienced team are comprehensive for all levels. In addition, we provide support to health personnel and compile personalized programs for all ages and levels.
In addition, among our other services that our customers are in demand, there is also the relative pilates of heroine. The relative pilates of erosero includes a specific exercise called "Foot Force Resist", in which the muscles are affected to keep the body working harmoniously. This exercise will develop both explosive power and fine motor skills very well. Es Pilates believes in the principle of this exercise increasing performance by providing different movements in the human body.

Es Pilates, açıldığından beri yaklaşık 1 yıldır pilates eğitimi aldığım salon. Her daim çok Güler yüzle işini profesyonelce yapan Enise Hocam, hem de salonun temizliği ve düzeni olsun harika bir ortam. Kendimde olan uzun yıllardır duruş bozukluğu ve eklem ağrılarım tamamen düzeldi diyebilirim. Kesinlikle gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ediyorum❤️
