insanlar diyete başlayınca aç kalır... ben ise Eliza Hanımla diyete başladığımdan beri sürekli tokluk içerisindeyiiiimm :) düşük kiloda olmama - insülin direnci - d vitamini eksikliği ve sağlık sorunlarımın olmasına rağmen 2 haftada sporsuz 2.5 kg verdik tok kalarak kilo vermenin tek adresiiiii ????

Aç kalmadan diyet buhranına kapılmadan suçluluk hissetmeden tam 25 kilo verdim. Diyetisyenim beni anlıyor dinliyor isteklerimi damak tadımı ve çalışma koşullarımı önemsiyor. Bir de güleryüzlü bir de tatlı dilli ki. Defalarca onlarca diyetisyen gezmeme rağmen o böylesine uyumu yakaladığım bir diyetisyenim olmamıştı hiç. Artık kilo almaktan da korkmuyorum. Nasılsa Eliza hanım var iyiki de var. Sizi çok seviyorum iyiki varsınız ????????
