Kızımda skolyoz başlangıcı var. Doktorumuz medikal plates önerdi. Bu konuda işinin ehli bir kurum arayışımda, Elit Plates ile tanıştım. Hocalarımız sayesinde, 2-3 ay gibi bir sürede düzelme kaydetti. Doktorumuz platese bir süre daha devam dedi. Kızım sayesinde tanıdığım Nazlı Hocam ve Gülhan hocama teşekkür ederim, artık onlar benim de hocam. Benim gibi spor yapamayan, tembel bir insana bile spor yapmayı sevdirdiler.

Daha önce başka yerlerde pilates deneyimi edinmiş birisi olarak burası harika ! Nazlı hanım’ın profesyonelliği , ilgisi çok güzel. Çok kısa süredir gitmeme rağmen farkı hissedebiliyorum. Kısacası ‘iyi ki’ dediğim yerlerden oldu. Mutlaka tavsiye ederim . ????????♀️
