Egece Online is an exercise center established in Istanbul in 1999. We offer classroom programs designed to increase the quality of life of our members in a safe and enjoyable environment. While the members discover their own limits by taking control of their bodies to the accompaniment of music during exercise, the appropriate diet and lifestyle curriculum is additionally imposed.
It has close business partnerships with directly experienced parties such as Germaine de Capuccini, Health Point, BodyTech International. Classes are opened with our team of successful dietitians and athlete consultants. Moreover, there is a special physical and mental health week for people who need to burn out.
Our Personalized Team Programs
We offer programs customized to the needs of our members. Our individual training programs discuss what the soul needs before any body. We teach our members about fitness psychology to increase people's motivation and lift levels.
